Why do buyers make it difficult

Buyer asks for combined postage discount. I've not had a buyer buy more than 1 item in a very long time so didn't know if i was able to do combined at my end after buying. I told them it would be difficult due to the weight but could change the courier to save £1. they didn't reply but bought the items, however they have used 2 different accounts so ebay won't let me combine. The nature of the world these days and alarm bells ringing 'scammers'. Anyway not really a question just looking for somewhere to vent my annoyance.

Just make sure everything is sent *tracked* (and insured if necessary) to the addresses given and you've done all you can.

And do 2 separate parcels for the 2 sales, even if it costs a couple more quid....
