Ebay recently changed their policy guidelines for all private sellers after saying it’s free to sell on Ebay again (another Lie shifted that to the buyer as Buyer protection) So you sell an item on ebay, Ebay will now in the New world hold your payment for at least two days until the item is delivered and if your item is low value then your stuffed. Okay so say you sell an item for £100 item has been paid by the buyer. Ebay will hold the payment saying this is in the interest of the buyer if they are un happy then when a case is open they will use the funds that are on hold and release them back to the buyer. ( be aware another big lie) Ebay will use your funds from your account NOT the holding funds as they said. Which will them mean you have no item and ebay have sent your account in negtive -£100 because ebay pull money directly from the seller. The funds on hold will be release in due time (when Ebay have earned a fat interest). Now moving on the funds on hold (another load on boloney) if you sell an item and post it have it delivered and get positive feedback within 24hrs. You would think you should have the money (right) Seller sent item Got positve feedback buyer happy. Why is ebay laying eggs on my funds?
Well it seems we a living under Mite is Right rule. Ebay are doing what they want and there is no logical explaination. Its take it or leave situation. Ebay and Vinted seems to have teamed up as the rules are like for like and something like this only happens when there is a merger.
