Very late arrival of a jacket I sold on eBay

I sold a guy a jacket which he reported  as a non-arrival, so I refunded his cash. The jacket then  turned up late. How does the buyer refund the refund I gave him?

Nothing can be dinne through eBay now .

The buyer can repay you through a PayPal Friends and Family Payment,  or you can send them a PayPal invoice.  Or they can repay with a cheque or bank transfer which ever suits you both best.

  With PayPal payments email addresses are required for this,  be very sure,  and very clear in your eBay messages the reason for requesting an email address,  that it clearly shows it is not for an ' off eBay sale'.

All you can do is to point out to your buyer that you see that the jacket has turned up and ask him politely to let you have the  payment for it.  If he has anything about him then he will.  If he ignores you then I am afraid that you will have to write it off.
