I keep getting this message in emails from eBay
Your listing didn't follow our Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy. Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed.
I am not offering to sell outside of ebay.
I do not give any personal details, no address, no email, no phone number, nothing
Why are eBay stating the above ???
I have over 650 positive feedback (100% positive).
All my seller feedback has also been 100% positive.
I have been a member since 2006 (over 19 years)
This is so frustrating that I'm considering not using eBay again.

Are there any links or any html in the description or anywhere? Any (e.g. model) numbers which might look like a phone number?
Could you upload a photo of a item description here? (if you want to.)
Or you could try customer services, I think these warnings are determined by AI but maybe they can pass the case to someone who can manually review it (and possibly suggest changes).

I had the same problem with 6 Listings and wasted 3 phone calls totalling over 90 minutes in attempts to resolve and on each occasion was advised the matter would be "looked into" and I should expect a return call. Guess what, I've heard diddley squat, also I'm unable to re-list the items. Maybe we both should contact E-bay General Manager KIRSTY KEOGHAN and see if she is capable of investigating, resolving and REPLYING.

*Wi-Fi module is sold separately.

Yes it has been removed by eBay for the same reasons.
I've had enough of eBay

Although you knew there were problems with your listings:
- you were including your own website's address in your listings.
- you were attempting to get customers to buy something else from you, which you had not listed in eBay,
What did you think would happen?

*Wi-Fi module is sold separately.
Is that an issue ?

Ebay would see that as trying to sell it outside of Ebay.

Strange as I'm not selling a Wi-Fi module.
I do take your point and have editted my template.
Thanks

I was not, I don't have a website.

I should have made it clearer, my two guesses were just guesses.
As I previously said, see if customer services can put you in touch with whoever wrote the code to check for such violations.
