Unable to appeal Policy violation

Ebay have told me ive violated a policy but when I read through the policy, none of it relevant to my items. The revise and appeal buttons don't work and im going round in circles with the chat assistant as its asking me if im in the USA or Canada, when Im in the UK. The chat option isn't working because it thinks im in the USA or Canada when im not. Can anyone help?

Unable to appeal Policy violation

There is an issue with listings which have been removed due to policy violations.

As you say, the revise, appeal and delete options do not always work and the listing stays in limbo.

If this thread isn't seen, I will bring it up in the weekly chat tomorrow.

Unable to appeal Policy violation

I reckon there is something wrong with the bot doing the policy violations as I got one for breaking "Embargoed goods policy". However the item in question is not embargoed. Indeed I've been selling similar for a number of years. I think Ebay are now strictly applying Trump embargo policies even though I don't sell to the States and there is no UK embargo on the items.

Usual story of a bot picking up on a word and removing the listing. Anyway more than one way to skin a cat so I've just moved on - just yet another Ebay irritant. I'm sure the "System is working as designed"🤣
