USA buyer ( apparently big Ebay seller) purchased a double album
Item was sent via Global sales Ebay
He recieved goods then 2 days later posted photos of substandard vynyl showing finger prints & scratches etc
I said please send back asap / I will refund of course
" I have paid for a sound playback check on this and several other vintage albums I have for sale, so no problem
as they have taken photographs plus sound /quality checks"
He would not provide me with his adress for me to arrange collection
Next asked him to choose a courier of his choice and advise me of cost and I would pay him through Ebay
Here I add that I was talking via Help with Ebay Customer assistance and doing what they suggested
We are now 7 weeks on
Total frustrastion as he has my double Album plus his full Refund
and it appears thats the end of it
