UPS sent to wrong address

Hi, I sold an item and posted it using ebay tool with UPS shipping to italy

 

I labelled the parcel and sent it via their drop off locker

 

All was well until the buyer asked what has happened, he has checked the tracking and it 'hasn't been dropped off' at the locker, I checked my drop off receipt email and the tracking number is completely different and it has been delivered to somewhere else in Italy

 

Anybody had this before?

What does the tracking you have state? If your buyer has given you a different tracking number you need to go by the tracking number you have as that is the one eBay will look at if the buyer opens an INR claim.

 

International UPS shipping is provided by a parcel broker called Packlink; you'll need to contact them if the item isn't delivered to the address given in the order details. 

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
