UNABLE TO REMOVE FUNDS - AGAIN

I went to remove my available funds this morning and the link on the arrow doesn't work.  Actually, the links on both arrows don't work, but everywhere else does.   Yet another glitch?  Is anyone else having the same problem?  About time they automatically paid us, even if we have to wait 24 hours) instead of us having to do it for them.

I would advise you to try again later.

When I try to withdraw early in the morning, it doesn't always work.

Give it an hour or so and the problem is likely to resolve itself - in my experience.

UNABLE TO REMOVE FUNDS - AGAIN

I tried to do the same thing just after midnight last night and had the same problem.

Just tried again now at 10:40am and yes .......... the same problem exists and I am still unable to release my funds !

And, what I have also noticed is that, at the top of the page, where my user name sits next to my bracketed feedback score is just a number 0 instead of my name. And, when clicked it says "User not found" so that is obviously why the funds aren't released.

Clearly another ebay glitch!

Just letting you know that, having tried throughout the day, I have now managed to transfer my funds.

UNABLE TO REMOVE FUNDS - AGAIN

Can I jump in here off topic as I don’t want to start a new thread

on selling page where it says year to date total for sales is this the gross number ie your actual earnings plus buyers postage plus buyers protection fee or is it your net earnings

because it seemed a bit much to me and adding it up in my head as I went through each one , rounding it to nearest pound, the total (that I was actually paid by eBay) seemed less

I should get calculator out but I’m being lazy and someone might just know

It's all your sales, less any cancellations or refunds.  Postage costs are only deducted if you buy your postage from Ebay.  So, if you collect the postage cost from your buyer (pre SD) and buy your own postage, then your 'year to date' includes those amounts.  BPF which is collected and kept by Ebay is not included.

  • What's included:
The total amount paid by buyers for items, including the item price and any postage costs paid by the buyer.
  • What's excluded:
    • Shipping label costs: If you purchase shipping labels through eBay, the cost of those labels is not included in your year-to-date total.
    • VAT: VAT collected and remitted by eBay, as well as VAT charged on eBay's fees, is not included.
    • eBay fees and deductions: Any fees, commissions, coupons, refunds, or amounts deducted by eBay for cancelled or deleted orders are not included.
    • Returns: The amount refunded to buyers for returns is also excluded.

Thanks so much Jck

I’m  going to get the calculator out just to make sure then again

I think a lot of the sales ie over 90 days  I can’t go back into the original listing to check the postage

I think I’ll just leave it

If you go to orders, you can look at all of your sales and it does show where the buyer paid postage and how much.

The link might work (you may need to put your password in again) or, go to orders and make sure you choose 'current year'.
