Tracking numbers not being added to orders

I bought 3 Royal Mail labels on eBay last night (not SD). Posted this morning. I just noticed that the tracking numbers have not been added to the orders. I had to add them manually.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I got the same as well. I had to scan mine on 4 times. EBay glitch again.

Hi, this was my question on the chat this afternoon, but i think you got the wrong end of the stick. They are exempt items, i bought the labels via ebay as normal, but the tracking numbers were not added to the orders page as they always have been.

Well it happened with the 3 labels purchased last monday, but i added the tracking manually a day later.

I bought some labels last night and tracking numbers have been added to the orders automatically.
