I've just sold 7 items (all auction) yet they're sat in unsold with the option to relist, no confirmation emails of sales yet either

Good point!
@atan0703 your last sale we can see, was on the 20th November?
If the items are sitting in your unsold listing they may have just ended.
If you have not received any eBay messages confirming payment on those items, looks like they have just ended.

I'm surprised anyone makes 7 sales! They must have just ended..

Hey all, thank you for your replies.
They all ended around 9pm last night and are still sat in unsold, all with multiple bids. I've never had this before as even before payment they will go into Orders with "awaiting payment".
Attached screenshot of a couple of the sales from last night.

Were you tracking them, did you see bids on the website?
The fact that some of the have bids but still a BIN suggests the app is not correct. is that an official eBay app
?

Were they actually for sale? there's no sign of them in a general search.

You showed a helpful screenshot of the conversation you had with Customer Services. I did read it, before it was removed ? ! 🤔
The CS agent confirmed it was a ' global issue' which is kinda odd , as yours is the only post ( so far!) reporting this problem.
Wonder if this is worth a try, switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome. See if it appears in the ight place there. The app / mobile browser throws up all sorts of problems which do not happen on the ol ' faithfulls the desktop browser.

There were several posts about this yesterday and the day before. It's obviously Ebay's 'glitch of the week'.
Hopefully, tech are aware and are sorting it out. If it doesn't resolve, I would contact Ebay Customer services.

I've had it happen before on the web site where just after the item ended with a winning bid the it went to Unsold but soon after the site corrected itself and it went to Awaiting Payment.
One other thing that nobody seems to have asked is did you have a reserve set? If you set a reserve of £50 (I think that is the lowest reserve you can set) and the item was bid up to £45 it wouldn't have sold and I believe it would just go in to the Unsold listings.

Hey all,
Yeah I had a message saying the screenshot had been taken down as it goes against community guidelines...
Appreciate all your replies to try help me out, thank you!

You may have bids but until buyer pays for it it's not actually sold,

It's contractually sold when the winner wins the auction whether they pay for it or not. if they don't pay they have broken the contract of sale.
