Simples Delivery / Custom but No Option for Seller / Buyer Pays

So I am not sure what's happening.  I tried to relist (as sell similar) a large letter item (clothing) that was originally with Simples Delivery.

On Sell Similar there was the option for Custom Postage but as I have become used to Simples Delivery (gasp!!) I chose the box for Simples Postage but then it wouldn't show me the option to choose Buyer Pays / Seller Pays.  There was nothing - just blank where it normally shows.

I saved it as a draft but it happened a second time, again saved as a draft as I don't know what will happen if it goes live.  I only use Seller Pays so it looks as Free Post.

Previously when I was listing clothing as large letter only Simples Delivery was offered.

i think that if ebay class the item as a letter size and under 100g you can choose your own postage but if they think it's bigger than a letter size and over 100g you will have to use simple delivery

@kyanyama Hi I think you maybe referring to this weeks "Star" glitch. the labels on the boxes are reversed. So if you want SD select the left have box and if you want Custom select the right hand box. Ignor the labels! You couldn't make it up could you?

So I went to one of my saved drafts and clicked on the drop down option for Tracked 48 (still large letter) and it now shows that I can use Simples Delivery and it now has the option for Free Postage (seller pays) but it does not show the postal price!  I mean really??  It's a case on one step forward two steps back.

All I want to do is list my items without all this aggro but they do make it difficult!

@kyanyama I don't think Ebay have realised yet either. Someone should start a thread for 2026 glitches! It's to late for 2025 and it would be too long to read.
