Simple delivery not so simple?

So, it seems like my time is here where i have no other option only simple delivery, problem is, i dont get it. Ihave an item to sell for £200 but i have no control how much postage is and ive chosen royal mail only for it, so what label will i get? A tracked 48 or 24?as i send everything via 24

You don't get to choose. The buyer pays the postage to ebay and ebay gives you a label.

If your buyer chooses 'Standard Delivery' then it will be Tracked 48; if they choose 'Express Delivery' then it will be Tracked 24.
