Simple delivery, Royal Mail - where can I specify Collection?

Another Simple Delivery query...

I can specify my courier as Royal Mail.

I can - with some tinkering - specify the postage rate.

I can't see where to specify Royal Mail collection.

This means I have to go to town to drop off my parcel.

Can anyone advise where/how to specify Royal Mail collection for Small Parcels please?

I would suggest to the idiots who devised Simple Delivery that it has left many sellers bewildered. Why have eBay not made a YouTube video explaining all the options on their ridiculous delivery service and how to use it?

It won’t be long before they find something else that works fine and proceed to screw it up.
