Simple Delivery is a joke.

I am a private seller and I sell stuff usually ranging fro 2kg to 15kg weight. These can be heavy or bulk and what surprises me is that when I drop them off at an Evri shop the staff keep asking me the weight. They tell me that couriers complain about the weight and bulkness. Same thing with royal mail when the gentleman come to collect he complains of the bulkness. I wonder if staff know what they are picking. This neeeds to be sorted.

Couriers complain, thats nothing to do with simple delivery, thats all down to the delivery driver not enjoying his job. My mate works in an Argos in Sainsburys and is forever having to tell the DPD driver to use a trolley if they dont want to carry more than 2 parcels, again though its not simple delivery. 

Nice selection of ninjas and printers though.
