I have sold 3 seperate items to the same buyer who has paid seperately for all 3. This has generated 3 emails from eBay asking me to generate 3 different QR codes for the post office to print 3 postage labels.
I'll be sending them in one package so will only need the one QR code. In order for the buyer to get a postage refund do I ignore the other 2 emails (ie don't generate a QR code) or do I get the QR code and just do not use?
I've checked the buyers profile and he always leaves feedback so it should be obvious to eBay that all 3 items were sent went feedback left.
Thanks

Nope, eBay will not judge any feedback as evidence that all items have been received, as feedback can be left in error.
Combining postage has been, and frustrated many, an issue now for a long time with Simple Delivery and combining postage, not possible. We are though receiving posts here that buyers placing purchased items into their basket first, eBay then combine postage.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I think I'll go down the cancelling sale route and relisting all 3 as one for the buyer.
Funnily enough all my listings already have the message you mention in the descriptions.
