Hi,
This is prob just the same stuff that everyone else has been posting here, but thought I would ask.
Item has relisted with Simple Delivery, as this is now mandatory.
Free postage has been removed and is levied at the buyer (yes I can toggle back).
Item dimension is a large letter, which is normally £1.80.
This has jumped to £2.70.
I know this effects everyone, but this is crazy. I do not sell many low price items, as I am clearing out the odd blu ray or Wii game.

even if your items are in the exempt category
unfortunately Only those under £10 qualify for custom postage

What are the exempt cats?

They’re in the help pages on simple delivery, but here’s one I made earlier
NB it’s the sub category examples that are exempt not the whole category (well perhaps for things like stamps coins etc where there’s no sub cats)

£2.70 is the cost for tracked 48 so I'm guessing they upgraded the service rather than the cost, it also covers up to 750g

It’s £2.80 for tracked 48. Send one yesterday.

All auctions have free postage switched to seller pays, so I will have to change them all again. I did not ask ebay to do this, nor did I want that done.
for fox sake eeebae

When they originally announced the exemptions they said under 100g under £10 and also letter sized
it was unclear whether this was letter only or letter and large letter ***
A lot of those sub categories can’t be posted in a normal envelope so logically large letter should be allowed
now there’s no mention in the help pages of the 100g that I can see but I’m guessing it probably still stands
*** having said that when i just dummy listed a book ,custom postage came up underneath SD, with 1.55 postage , which is for up to 100g large letter
hope that helps a bit
