Selling price increased by ebay

Hi, I've recently returned to eBay after a break. I have listed quite a number of items and have found that ebay has increased the selling prices I placed on the items. I have never come across this before and am just about to remove all my items; but, thought I'd check it isn't an error on my part. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thank You

It's like the buyer is having to pay for insurance . I assume eBay are making money from this scheme ?

The buyer is not paying for insurance. 

Whether ebay is simply covering all or some of it's costs, or making money, is down to them.
