Selling page

I have two private selling accounts on eBay. On one the selling page is very useful. It allows me to click on a number of listings. I can for example edit my prices all in one go. 

It also shows me start date. End date, price, views, watchers etc.

However my other account (which is less than a week old) shows none of this.

Also if I want to change  prices I have to click on the individual listing and do the price change via the listing page.

Is there any way to change this so the second account is like the first?

Without screen shots to is hard to know exactly what you mean. I usually end listings and upload them all again using sell similar and you can edit listings before posting. If that doesn't help contact customer service and they can see your accounts to see what you mean.

On the upper right side of the screen, there is a "comments  I  customise", if you click on the customise part, you can organize which columns you want to show or hide.
