Selling opened perfume

I have a No.5 Chanel perfume that's been opened but has only been sprayed a handful of times and has gone untouched for a couple of years. Am I allowed to sell this on here as I have heard it is illegal?

Post picture and description here. I can't see what you tried to sell but if you infringed YERO rights, ie. it is fake. Done and don't list it again.
