Seller limit is zero.
I've just tried to list an item I want to sell but its telling me I've reached my limit, which is zero.
When I try to raise my limit it says you are not eligible.
How do I rectify this?

There's a link to request a limit increase on here:

Also make sure you've added a bank account to your ebay account in order to transfer payments. Details here:

Hi. Thanks for the links. I added paypal and a new bank account but still no luck. I keep getting
You’ve exceeded the number of items and dollar amount you can list. You can list up to items or up to this month, whichever comes first. I've tried requesting but it tells me I'm not entitled. Pulling my hair out. |

You've added a bank account but has this been verified? Have you received those 2 micro deposits and confirmed them back to eBay?
If not you have not correctly registered for eBay's Managed Payments, see here:

I see that this account is registered in Spain, so maybe contact eBay in the morning and ask them about this.
I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:

I think I have found the problem. I spend most of my time in Spain. Just tried to change it to my UK address but it won't let me.
Any ideas?
