There must be other Scottish sellers with the same issue, so please contact eBay!
eBay might not be able to set their system to separate the Bank Holidays settings for Scotland without it effecting the rest of the UK.
A friend who lives in Scotland says it does affect his customers delivery expectations, so he alters his dispatch time setting by a day to allow for any delays over the Bank holidays.
