So I am a experienced seller. I have collected over 30 odd years from computer games, dvds, lego and books mainly. Been seriously getting rid of stuff after downsizing and my stuff filled the loft when we moved. I list about 50 to 75 items a month depending what is in the boxes I bring down and if it is worth less than £10 and offer free evri postage if under that it goes to the charity shop or CEX.
I have a nice little system going and I just keep things listed if they sell they sell. I am gradually getting through it all as I work full time this is just a hobby.
Why does eBay insist on changing EVERYTHING! the latest change that might have tipped me over the edge is PHOTOS.
I use my PC to list and have about 6 templates set up to cover most items I sell. I used to be able to just add ISBN or barcode and it would add details my postage and description all set up because I use a general description all I had to do was press add photos via app and I could upload photos.
Now when I press add photos it is like adding a listing from scratch. It changes all the formatting in the description, the photo taking part is awful and when I go back to the PC it has changed from advanced settings in postage to simple delivery that I have to change back again.
With the stupid buyers protection fee, Simple delivery,no real sales and it becoming a real ball ache to list can someone please explain what eBay's endgame is??
I am using a fresh account because I want to avoid all the 'you should be a business account' that spring up.
