It happens just now, few hours ago you could still purchase a letter postage label for £0.87 and now it is all for £1.55. I just assume it is an error. Please fix it!!!

Hi All,
Tech have been working on the fix. I can see some of you have already mentioned its back working for you. The option for the Royal Mail 2nd class letter should be working now.

The only 'issue' that still exists is it does not automatically open purchased shipping label to be printed out - it used to do it and it was very helpful. It requires 3 more clicks to get there and opening another browser tab with pdf label...
It only shows the below screen 'screen snip' in the attachment

Hello, how do I go about reporting that since this was fixed for me any tracking numbers produced are not copied into the orders. It's incredibly annoying having to do this manually especially since I've used your systems to create the postage labels... I'm literally copying from 'postage labels' page to 'Orders' individually..

Thank you for your reply. I've reported this to tech as it was raised by other users last week so it is being investigated. Is this happening with your Simple Delivery orders or orders where you have purchased your own label? Can you give an item number as an example?

I've no idea what simple delivery is to be honest with you. It's purchased labels via ebay for Royal mail and does not relate specifically to any particular item? Quite frankly this should be fairly easily sorted just like the initial issue was but its been days.

Can you share a recent item number from today from an order where there is no tracking so I can share this with tech. One where you haven't manually added the tracking. It's helpful to see that the auto upload of tracking didn't take place .
