Royal Mail Letter up to 100g price £1.55 same as Large Letter

It happens just now, few hours ago you could still purchase a letter postage label for £0.87 and now it is all for £1.55. I just assume it is an error. Please fix it!!!

Thank you. It could well be but I do believe it is just a glitch in their system. You can still choose a 1st class letter just not 2nd class one. And it was working ok until this evening. However the link you provided above also states '...Live listings and re-listed items will continue to use the “Letter/Large Letter” service until they are revised..' and it says nothing about this is not going to work so why is it not working now!!?? Is it really that important to the buyer to know if his item is going to be received in letter or if large letter form? What about the combination listings!!?? What about of multiple purchases of the same item and upgrading from Letter to Large Letter then - what sense and what difference to the buyer does it make?! As at the moment eBay made it a lot harder for sellers!!!

Now to be able to provide the postage service I need to immediately get postage labels directly from Royal Mail, the good thing is I will be paying exactly the same and I can book a free collation which is handy and which is something eBay does not offer!!

I’ve followed all the problems and glitches for a couple months now and tried to help people here but I’ve given up now 

It’s too much hard work and someone else shoudl be blimmin doing it

Issue with Evri has been going on already for several days and still not fixed, this seam to be the same thing - if this is going to be the same with Royal Mail that means total ball ache for me and others 😕

RM usually go down on a Tuesday night I forgot so cannot print any labels off. 
only had 3 orders. As was quite busy on Sunday

I have the exact same issue. I cannot go back and even print normal 'Letter' size on orders even already sent out just yesterday (28th) so yea this must be a fault/glitch so I do hope they fix it soon. Printing from royal mail website is a pain in the ring having to go between orders details and then dispatch/add tracking. Meh

I have the same thing. I've called them and they have sent the complaint to the shipping team. They are blaming Royal Mail for not offering it to ebay as an option, but I'm not convinced 😉

Huh they can't seriously blame royal mail here. It's literally their system fault, I swear they think folk are just plain stupid.

I have the same problem, my postage always defaulted to 2nd class Letter when I went to purchase labels, now it defaults to 2nd class Large Letter.

I can try to select Letter but it just stays as Large Letter, glitch I assume?

It's a technical issue.
