eBay has Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed as an option, but not International Tracked (eg without a signature). I sell a number of items that don't require a signature and since these items are postable it is more convenient for the customer to NOT have to sign for the delivery. I even had a customer complain that she wasn't in when the postman attempted to deliver and so had to collect it from the post office.
At the moment I have to leave eBay and pay and generate the label on the RM site.
Is there a reason why this postal option is not available or has someone just forgot to add it?

I always choose RM International Tracked - it is definitely there as an option - I just checked one of my listings.
Edit
However, I don't buy my postage through Ebay but use RM Click and Drop.
Looking at your post again, I think you are saying it's not an option to buy that service through Ebay so, sorry but this is not really an answer.

Just use postage through Royal Mail like I do. I use it elsewhere to send to USA

I prefer to go to the RM click and drop as it means I can ensure the customs section is filled in correctly. I don’t trust ebay’s involvement with that side of things.

This may not be especially helpful but Tracked (only), Signed (only) and T&S are all available to me - on a test draft listing I just did - see pic.
It may depend on the category, price or any other attribute.
In the draft, I hadn't set the price; I only put the title as "old navy jeans"; ebay defaulted various things including category: Jeans in Clothes, Shoes & Accessories > Women > Women's Clothing, then I went to the postage section.

This maybe explains it better

Sorry, I misunderstood. You are talking about the postage label selection (I now see/understand the "label" in the title.)
