Return

Are you happy to accept the return?

If so, let the buyer know. They'll need to pay the return postage cost.

If not, let them know that you're just a private seller listing your own personal bits and pieces, and that you do try to put as much information (including measurements) in your listings as possible, so cannot accept a change of mind return, but suggest that they perhaps list the dress themselves.

You can say no.  You do not have to accept this return.

You can accept the return but the buyer will have to pay to return it to you.
