Hi I’m not sure what to do I have sold a dress which in the photos I had taken some photos with a tape measure to show the measurement
the buy has messaged me saying the dress is too big so will I accept a return I have my account set at does not accept returns unless faulty I’m not sure what I have to do I sold it as free postage so if I accept the return do I have to pay postage for the return

Are you happy to accept the return?
If so, let the buyer know. They'll need to pay the return postage cost.
If not, let them know that you're just a private seller listing your own personal bits and pieces, and that you do try to put as much information (including measurements) in your listings as possible, so cannot accept a change of mind return, but suggest that they perhaps list the dress themselves.

You can say no. You do not have to accept this return.
You can accept the return but the buyer will have to pay to return it to you.
