Resolove issue with buyer

Seller raised a return whcih was unfounded - but also the item was damaged on inspection - How do I get hold of ebay to help. Buyer has also given me my first negative feedback in 15 years

In the case can you see a link that states "Report a problem"?

The worst thing you can do is ask eBay for help. As a seller, you can't win. Add the buyer to your blocked bidder list and move on.
