Hi does anybody know if it is possible to reprint an existing label. I have bought and paid for a RM postage label, but have had a problem with my printer / laptop link. I can print something from another device, which indicates there is not a problem with the printer, but my laptop, where I have the label ready to print keeps saying there is a problem.
The only thing I can think of to try is to switch off my laptop to try and clear it, but then I lose the link to the postage label. I have looked high and low over the sold item details but can't find a way to reprint an existing label, only to print a new label, which I would have to pay for again.
Has anyone come across this before and can anyone help?

Thank you for your post.
The label will still be there when you log back into your account. If you go to seller hub >orders> postage labels. On the left hand side of the postage labels there is an actions drop down with an option to download the label.

Save the label first!
Just right click and "Save as".
What exactly is the message that your getting?

Go into the item you’ve sold. Where you see the blue LEAVE FEEDBACK bar at the bottom. There is a tiny arrow next to it. Click that arrow and you’ll get a dropdown list. Click MANAGE POSTAGE, then click on the round blue button with the 3 dots. Click PRINT
