why have they archived it, I look fwd to ranting on about it. as i said yesterday by mistake hahaha Friday comes and friday goes and still in the NO 80% OFFER CLUB hope the eBay elves can help

They are offered completely randomly,  that's for sure.

There is one offered today, but some have not received any email to inform of this,    so this may be the case for you too.  Check your Promotional Offer section,  it just might be awaiting there,  for you to activate it.

If  not,  then it hopefully will come round the next time,  as said, it's offered randomly.

I fully understand the frustration,  I have received these promos when my friends haven't,  they have received them when I haven't.  No rhyme nor reason.

A tip though,  do keep checking your Promotional Offer section if you're offered one it will be there,  do not rely on emails / eBay messages telling you of this.

they stopped mine since march,  if you ask why? they come out with "its a random thing" funny how it was random before and always got it.  they removed them as they suppect business sellers are selling as private.  but dont have the *bleep* to say it.  i am not guilty, as i am just a private seller, but to label and put all eggs into one baskets is dead wrong.
