QR - 6 Digit Code Question

Where can a buyer find their QR or 6 digit code if they do not access eBay via an app?

In this case they are using a courier service to collect

On a PC or laptop they can find a 6 digit code under "order details".

They can't. It is only available on the app. You can mark it as dispatched on your account and get the courier to sign a receipt on collection. Also take screen shots of the correspondence between you, the buyer and the courier just in case there is a  future problem. Touch wood, I have never had an issue without a code.

I'm not aware of this and interested to learn more.

Just checked the order details for a recent collection and there doesn't seem to be anywhere for the seller to enter the code on a laptop so if the buyer can give you code using a laptop, where do you enter it?

Iv'e never used the app and the code has always been under order details as previously said.

@four_mid_able   This is very interesting becaise I've always thought both seller and buyer has to have the app as @cobwebcottage  says,   for the QR code to be entered.

Found on the order details,  but where does a seller then enter that code?

Good to know to explain the process to others.
