Hi all,
I am still being forced, as a private seller, to include a returns policy before I am allowed to list a new, relist an old (previously no returns) or to update any of my items for sale. This has happened since Dec 23rd.
I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with eBay before Christmas, before being cut off and I have had people contact me on here and also vanish without a solution.
I am not listing or relisting anything at the moment because of this reason and it is affecting my sales. This appears to be happening on a computer on Chrome and on the ebay app (see above)
Can somebody please offer help or advice?
Thank you.

I'm puzzled by this, I can see that your listings are showing a 30 days return policy.
So, if you go into one of those listings, scroll down to the Preferences part of the listing form and click on the pencil icon on the right, can you turn off the switch next to returns (which presumably is showing as blue colour and on) and then submit your listing?

Ah, I've found your original thread. Marco won't be around during the weekend, hopefully he'll get back to you tomorrow or Tuesday.

You must be looking at older ones as every new one or relist since 23rd Dec requires me to list a returns policy.
If I go in to the listing and try to change it. The switch is greyed out.

So it's locked on, weird. Unfortunately, only somebody with access to your account can work out what's going on there.

Still no solution. I am being forced to offer a 14 day return to get my listings on. No contact from eBay at all now. Don’t have time to sit on the phone for an hour at the moment.

Have you actually spoken to Customer Service, but I mean Dublin ?
Their lines are currently closed, but if you contact CS at 8 a.m. there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them, you'll hear the lovely Irish tones, as it's a call back. There's never more than a few minutes wait if you contact them as below:
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
Please come back and tell us if they find you a solution as it is most odd, and it may help us to help others if they come across this issue.
