Posted 2 items to same buyer as one parcel, due to simple postage second item appears as not sent

Problem as title really, same buyer bought 2 small items, i boxed them up together printed one label and posted. Now of course i cant add the tracking number to  the second item so it appears un posted, i am thinking this will be marked  undelivered and the buyer will be refunded.

Any way around this mess...?

You can mark it as dispatched by opening the simple delivery postage label.   It will remain unused and refunded to the buyer in 30 days.   The payment will be held for 14 days.

As above in message no.2 but, you will need to enter the tracking details of the posted label into the second item label details (the unused label). This ensures that both items will be marked as delivered, I had exactly the same thing last week.
