So I have just bought two postage labels through Ebay for Large letter up to 100g, cost £1.55. Cost for P&P was listed as £2.35 and this is what the buyer paid. However Ebay has deducted £3.35 from my order earnings.
I have realised that when setting the custom delivery on the listing, I had mistakenly selected the 2nd class Parcel as the option instead of Large Letter.
I wonder if I have any recourse, as I purchased the £1.55 label through Ebay, but still got charged the 2nd Class Parcel cost.
Thanks.

Does the "£1.55" label say £1.55 and/or large letter?
Or say; £3.35 and/or small parcel?

Hi, The label says Large letter 100g. I was using 2nd class parcel as the default in my template and forgot to change it for a smaller parcel. I entered the correct £2.35 on the listing and this is what the buyer paid. I then bought the postage for it through Ebay at £1.55. However they deducted £3.35 for postage label cost ,which is the correct cost for a 2nd class parcel.
My mistake, but even though the buyer paid £2.35 for P&P and I paid £1.55 for the label through Ebay, they still deducted £3.35.

It does seem odd. Maybe one of the ebay reps on here could take a look - otherwise you could try talking to customer services.

I tried the chat, just auto referred me to the courier. Rang CS yesterday afternoon, said they were closed and disconnected me!
