I have been selling on Ebay for 12 years now. I have mainly used the app non my mobile (99.9%) of the time. My mobile is now old and does not support the ebay app anymore. When I listed an item to sell using the app, it gives postge couriers plus associated prices. Since I cannot use the app, I tried to list an item on Ebay using my laptop. Initially it recommended a particular courier, for postge, and gave associated price. But when I tried to change to see other couriers and prices, it came up with various couriers, but without the associated price for postage. When I spoke to an EBay Agent they said that this was normal as if the purchase is far later than when the postge price was given at time of listing, it may cost more. I replied that if this was the case, their initial recommended price would be more as well. Also all prices for varies couriers and various weight and dimensions are given when using the App to list items to sell, but prices are not listed when using my Laptop for selling.
Does anyone else have this problem who lists items using their laptop?
