eBay, Please STOP making changes that are more of an annoyance!
I listed an item a few days ago, Specifically Selected Royal mail for postage only.
Few days later item sells, And it no longer openly lists the address to send it too so i can copy and paste into royal mail manually myself....instead wants me to do a "Pre-paid" QR code for Evri...which i don't want to use as they're terrible.
The ONLY way i could get it to show me the buyers full address is to let it generate the QR code for evri..but now evri will be expecting a parcel they'll never receive.
Please stop with these nonsense changes to the platform, Its NOT making it easier for the seller, Just annoying them, This change alone makes me want to leave the platform.

Sounds like you used simple delivery where the buyer pays for the label and you get a QR code to use or print with their address. This will also have all the tracking information for you to get paid. This is catching a lot of people out.

Totally agrree. This is a real negative step. I feel out of control with MY CUSTOMERS, it is not what I want at all.

I've been using Royal Mail Click and Drop. It integrated with my eBay account, RM would collect my parcel and even bring the label. This was ideal because I'm disabled and often housebound. Between this and "buyer protection" which is a stealth tax on sellers, eBay have lost my custom.

Royal Mail collection is still possible with Simple Delivery including the 'Bring my label' feature:
If you have a Royal Mail label, you can book a collection on eBay. Royal Mail can then collect your item and also bring the label for you if you don't have a printer. You'll need to book the collection before you create your prepaid label. Here's how:
Once you've booked your collection, you won't be able to change the date. If you miss your collection, you can book it again for another date on the Royal Mail website.
