I sold items to a buyer from Switzerland through the Global Shipping Programme- when i view the tracking this message shows-PBI reported the following about our hub's delivery to the buyer: License plate is voided.

what does it mean?

PBI is a Swiss human rights organisation, so that makes no sense whatsoever. I wonder if it stands for Pitney Bowes, the company who handle the GSP. 

However, if this is a GSP seller then you're protected and shouldn't lose out here if your item has been sent on and is not going to be delivered.

Providing you have added a  tracking number showing delivery to the UK GSP hub then you shouldn't lose out here.
