P&P Lowest search results, not giving the right results

Noticed it a few times today, and its not just my listings, 

Tried a generic search a few times and still get slightly more expensive listing lower in the results, 

Have double checked and its not sponsored related and its lowest including P&P

[4_bathrooms]

Is it due to this problem?

Could well be, pretty sure I saw business results in there as well tho?.....
