I have not recieved my order I have paid for it fedex keeps messaging me saying it is out for delivery all I recieve is different times they will deliver an nothing happens I wait in nothing comes.its disgusting service.

Then you need to open an item not received case. Go in to your purchases and click on the drop down menu until you see 'I haven't received my item'.
