No Returns Allowed option?

Can anyone tell my how to set my returns policy to 'No returns allowed' as ebay mention as an option but cant find an option anywhere!  I am a business seller having changed from Private recently as the payment after delivery was useless for furniture sales!!  I've been a member for over 15 years and it seems increasingly difficult to sell, communicate with buyers etc etc....Agents vary from very good to unqualified!!

Business sellers have to accept change of mind returns that is why there is no option for no returns

By law, business sellers must offer 'change of mind' returns. UK Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) state:

"If an item is bought online (like on eBay), the buyer has 14 days to change their mind and return it for a full refund."
