New postage system.

With this new postage system that eBay are introducing. Does eBay add on to the postage price, the cost of packaging materials like postage bags, tape, bubble wrap etc (which the seller has to buy), which are needed to properly package the item? Not including the cost of getting to your local Post Office.

Nope,  packaging materials are not added into the postage price.

If you wish to add this,  you add it to the item price.

I think you know the answer to that is no.   All sellers can do is factor any extra costs into their item price.

It was okay how it was, more and more sellers will jump ship at this rate.

Plus every time you sell a item you get a message from telling how to pack your properly . My guess is who every invented this Simply Delivery has never sold anything on Ebay so how can they tell sellers what to do
