Negative Feedback - shows first on my listings

Received negative feedback which i did not agree with 6 months ago, but ebay ignored my compaint - thats life.

My question is, since i have only ever had one negative, why does it always show first on my listings. 

So when you scroll down to my feedback, the negative feedback is the first one seen. 

Is that a standard thing, that it will always show the only negative first.

eBay shows the Negative Feedback as Relevant but it also shows that you handled the Feedback well by being polite & offering a refund.

eBay in their wisdom have changed the feedback page to read Most Relevant,  and Most Recent.  The Most Relevant  can show first,  when someone checks a seller's feedback profile page.

You left a good follow up , so peeps if they do check,  can see you handled this well , it wouldn't put me off from buying from you.

Far right if Most Recent is selected then your negative does not appear on quite a few pages.

Was thinking, i have not sold anything for a while, so suspose when i do it will move down.
