AS OF 15TH APRIL MY DAYS AS A PRIVATE EBAY SELLER WILL STOP AFTER 19 YEARS.
I AM FED UP OF THE GREED OF EBAY AND I HOPE OTHER EBAY SELLERS DECIDE TO NO LONGER LET THE EBAY CONTROL FREAKS HAVE THIS MUCH CONTROL OVER PRIVATE SELLERS.

You can choose your postage options, but click and click and click and click ANYWHERE WITH DOTS, LINKS, UNDERLINE and you will stumble onto it. Choose an old listing to start with and less than £20. AVOID CLICKING THE LARGER LETTER BOX. Good luck.

Not ebay's fault but the NI thing after selling very little of value has put me off.

I agree.
The fact that I am now not selling any stuff means I am not buying anything much.

I don't use the QR codes as ebay creates printable labels.
The QR option is no hassle though if you have a smartphone.

No smartphone, no printer, I have to screenshot the qr code on my basic tablet, take that to post office for them to zap. I have to always remember to take tablet with me which I always used to leave at home, I am not glued to my tablet. Oh yes, that's simple alright, no hassle!!

My partner has been on ebay from the time they started so he has seen a lot of changes over the years some not so good ,and recently some of the things he has sold are showing the sold price as £0.08 p going back to August sales which isn't right and who would sell something for £0.08 p regularly .It has been reported a while a go but it hasn't been fixed and he isn't the only one this is happening too .

Hmm, I have over £300 worth of postage stamps, purchased before this simple delivery craic reared its ugly head. I have started listing small/medium parcel sized items (free post) where I can under £20 in any category that will accept a custom delivery, as most people search by item and not category. This is what is has come down to so I can rid myself of the stamps that I purchased for around £120. I see that the Americans have been asked what they think about simple delivery prior to it being implemented. Ebay needs to accept that we need to at least have the option of SD or not. If i can offer free postage, then obviously with everything factored in, I can give the consumer a better deal, therefore move more of my unwanted items. ebay…WISE UP. NOTE: before the trolls bang on about me being not being a business seller, I buy and sell to improve my collection. I am on a pension, submit my ebay accounts to the tax man and accept returns , I would also add that after ebay banked over £500 of my money and made me use my own cash to purchase a £150 item, I no longer rely on eBay to purchase items, this has obviously changed now, but i always hold a grudge. I have spent thousands over the years, I am now down to around £230 since May. Apologies for the rant, but I needed to get that orf my chest, there are only so many times you can bang your head against a brick wall before you wise up and say #### it.
