My orders are being returned to me from the Global shipping Hub

Is anybody else experiencing this? I have had 5 international parcels returned to me as the seller in the last few days…There is no explanation and I couldn’t get any help from EBay support. I am having to let customers know this is happening and I’m advising them to report their orders as undelivered….

2 were Australia. The others were USA

GSP is currently off for USA.

What category of items for Australia?

Vinyl records. The thing is they were all Pre SALES…So GSP was on for the USA when they were sold…

I remember seeing something about how they would have to clear US customs before 29/08, so I think you were caught in an unusual situation with the USA ones. That said, I would call eBay and request they refund both you and the Buyers for the USA ones.

The vinyl to Australia has stumped me. Maybe ask eBay when you call for a courtesy refund of USA items?

Because they were pre-sales the GSP was on, but the tariff came in on August 29th and they needed to clear US customs by then.

It was decided that LPs, CDs and cassettes would be rated zero tariff, but eBay's systems aren't geared up to deal with this kind of thing.

Only way forward here would be cancel these orders and then relist them so that the original buyers can repurchase and to post the items direct to the US yourself and make it clear on the CN22 what the contents are, that should zero rate them.

How come a 'private seller' is selling multiple copies of brand new and presale items ?  You need to upgrade your account to a business seller to comply with all legal selling requirements.
