I have just sold a huge bundle of magazines, and the Simple Delivery option has selected an Evri service with a maximum weight of 15KG. Altogether, they come to around 26KG.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/236264640728 is the listing
In an ideal world, I'd split it into three parcels to comply with the weight limit, and that would be easier to take to drop off.
eBay help is useless, either a chatbot that doesn't understand what I want, the antiquated method of phone call for an INTERNET based business or an email service that may take up to 48 hours to respond. No live chat whatsoever.
I doubt people can help on here, as it's a catastrophe that could only be caused by such a stupid system. But I'm just putting it out there just in case.
I expect that I'll just end up paying to send the two extra parcels myself, as it's a big value order that I don't want to lose.

eBay have recently added DHL as a courier option and they allow items up to 30kg.

Was unable to select that service.
In the end, I had to pay £12.50 of my own money due to eBay's hopeless system, which sent the items as three separate parcels. I don't understand why they persist with such a flawed and disliked approach.
