If item is arranged for local collection, buyer pays, arranges collection with the seller.
Buyer comes along with the collection code / QR code number sent by eBay, and gives it to the seller.
Seller writes down the collection number (or scan the QR code), and hands over the sold item to the buyer.
Buyer has gone away with the good, but the business seller still has no fund received. Is this the case?
When is the funds available to the business seller?
In this case - the status of fund availability after the good was collected by buyer, same for private and business seller? => not yet available until the code entered / QR code scanned, and wait for a day or two until funds come from eBay? Or is it not the case? Not sure how it works, as never experience this type of transaction.

Would it be the same for business and private sellers?

Once the code has been entered then your payment should be paid out within 24hrs unless there's any kind of hold on your account.
If a code isn't entered then payment may take 14-21 days to be released for a collection item.
