Large Letter Price with Not-So-Simple-Delivery

So after a couple of weeks of having not listed anything (and seeing somewhere that Sell Similar doesn't work now with eBay's AI stealth tactics) I went to make a new listing using a template.  Using category clothing LL I see the price of postage for Large Letter <1kg is now a whopping £3.46!

When did that happen?  When I ended all my listings on 14 July am sure my LL <1 kg was £2.70 or £2.72.  I use Seller Pays.

Phew!  Hadn't put in a price (left it blank when creating new template) and after I put in a price (£15) just for a number when I saved it as a draft it reverted back to £2.72.
