Just tried to buy a postage label Says age verification ???? It will not let me buy a royalmail label ?? says age verification .Its a watch wheel  ??? ALL this has happened since they ask for my national insurance number /// now it will not let me buy a royalmail label //

Why not just buy the postage online at RM website, or at the post office. Ebay are making things so difficult in so many ways.

Agreed.  I always buy my postage direct from Royal Mail's website, not about to buy postage from greedbay.

They really need to sort this, I am trying to list a 110v dewalt jigsaw (its classed as a bladed item, no blades included!lol ) I have to include age verification postage, but on the drop down postage there isn't any!! 20 mins trying to list one item. its on marketplace now, bollox to it!

This effectively makes the entire age verification postage method requirement null and void. Listings require a policy which shows there is an age verified postage method but you can just buy a regular postage label direct from RM and associate it to the Ebay sale.

As far as I am aware it is a requirement to be at least the age of 18 to open an Ebay account. As usual we are shuffling responsibility over to the seller. Age verify when the account is opened and be done with it. If they lied once they will lie twice.
