Hi, anyone know if there is a way to get this sorted? It was originally listed as a 2-5kg parcel to be sent via Evri because of it's length. At some point the listing has switched to Simple delivery, it's now sold, and the label being generated is for a small parcel to be sent with Royal Mail. It's a cricket bat so the length is way over the maximum of 46cm.
Should I just print the label and send it anyway? Or will I need to print my own label and try and get some sort of postage refund?
Thanks!

You could cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
If you need to opt out of SD follow the advice on here:
https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Seller-Central/How-do-you-list-anything-bigger-than-61cm-Part-two/m-...
Or you could buy and pay for the correct postage yourself. To add that tracking number you still need to generate the original label. Then change the tracking via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That needs to be done on a desktop browser.
Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

As long as the item is within the overall dimensions permitted by Royal Mail (61x46x46cm) then you can still use the label provided without either you or the buyer incurring any additional charges:
'If you use the recommended parcel size and your item exceeds the maximum size and weight of the label, you won’t be charged any additional costs. Just go ahead and use the Simple Delivery postage label. The courier will accept your package providing it remains within the maximum weight and dimensions for the service.'
