I sold a Lego set (£150) and sent RM24 tracked. Buyer says he hasn't received, RM says it has been delivered and tracked, delivery photo shows outside of a building with some rubbish, no doorway or house number or anything, no parcel to be seen. Buyer didn't get a red card or any notification, he admits it's his house but RM shouldnt have left it.....he says he was out all day...
where do I go from here?

You have done everything correctly from your side of the transaction you have tracking to show delivery, so you will not have to refund.
Where the postie / couurier leaves an item is not in your control, and the buyer can take this up with them . Presumably your buyer has looked in all ' safe paces' around their property asked neighbours even household members .
End of the day, if they open a case for item not received enter those numbers into the case details, and showing delivery it will close in your favour.
If you havent done so already, enter those tracking numbers now, where youu marked the item as dispatched.

Thankyou, I have all the details, everything was done via EBay, so I should be ok?

Good Morning Diane
The answer to your question is yes, you should be ok (unless he does a chargeback). Tell your buyer to raise an official case through eBay for INR. Advise him to speak to his local RM depot and see if they can throw any light on his missing package.
In the not too distant future it may be a good idea to put this buyer on your blocked list in case they think about doing anything untoward.
Good luck

That's really shabby on Royal Mail's part.
If your buyer funded their payment with a debit or credit card they can still issue a not received chargeback, and will easily get a refund that route.
As you have proof of delivery to the buyer's address you should be covered by eBay Seller Protection, and they'll end up having to pay for the refund.
